1. Data controller
[PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] The Mexican entity operating alotap, domiciled in Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP).
2. Data we collect
[PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] Account data (name, email, phone), the card content you choose to publish, and anonymous usage analytics (people who scan are never identified).
3. Purposes
[PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] Operating the platform, publishing the content you decide to share, contacting you when you request it (waitlist), and improving the service with aggregated metrics.
4. Transfers and processors
[PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] We use infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email and storage) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
